Emily Hagen is an ICF-certified executive leadership coach and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience working as a management consultant, Human Resources leader and executive coach in global professional services and financial services organizations. Her experience includes executive assessment, coaching and development; strategic talent management; culture and change management; succession planning; and organizational development and effectiveness. In her last corporate role, she led Global Executive Talent Management, responsible for executive assessment, development, promotion, succession and retention strategies.

Emily has more than 20 years of experience working at leading management consulting, payments, and financial services organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, American Express, and MSCI. In her final corporate role, she led Global Executive Talent Management, with responsibility for executive assessment, development, promotion, succession, and retention strategies.

In addition to working with clients in a variety of industries and disciplines, Emily is a volunteer coach for The Women’s Impact Alliance, supporting the development of women leaders within non-profits. She also serves on the Foundation Board of her local public library. She is based in the greater New York City metropolitan area.
