Emily Hagen is a certified executive leadership coach and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience working as a management consultant, Human Resources leader and executive coach in global professional services and financial services organizations. Her experience includes executive assessment, coaching and development; strategic talent management; culture and change management; succession planning; and organizational development and effectiveness. In her last corporate role, she led Global Executive Talent Management, responsible for executive assessment, development, promotion, succession and retention strategies.
As a coach, Emily guides senior leaders, managers and high-potentials through 1:1 executive coaching to develop critical leadership skills; 1:1 executive transition coaching to support leaders moving into new roles; and group coaching with peer groups facing similar challenges. She has deep experience coaching high-potential leaders at mid and senior levels of the organization to support their accelerated development and impact.
As a consultant, Emily works with senior executives to collaboratively diagnose and address talent opportunities, ranging from designing multi-faceted leadership development programs to creating a talent and succession strategy to conducting culture assessments and creating interventions to improve performance. She is known for her commitment to client service, collaborative working style, thought leadership and practical approach.
In addition to working with clients in a variety of industries and disciplines, Emily is a volunteer coach for The Women’s Impact Alliance, supporting the development of women leaders within non-profits.
